I had no idea there were so many awesome and dirt cheap shower curtains out there until I started looking for fun a few days ago.

So it kind of makes sense to invest a little time into it.. Wanna see?.My first victim….

This little side table.Previously just a banged up little wooden side table I bought about 10 years ago..I picked up a little sample size of the (now discontinued) Martha Stewart paint colour called Crevecoeur.

Luckily I bought like 5 more, because this is a great colour and really great paint..Some of you who have been hanging around here for awhile might remember this shelf.

Although there have been a lot of new readers lately so mostly, you probably won’t.

Well, it was bugging me, so I painted it.The tools and hardware and junk are all piled together in giant heaps on top of the various work benches.

So finding anything is nearly impossible, if you can even get to the work benches past the bikes, several ride-on lawn mowers, stacks of flooring waiting to be installed and power tools all over the floor. It’s bad.. There’s a little skinny hard-to-get-to cupboard in the house that I was using, but it wasn’t working out so well, and my “house tools” kept mysteriously ending up back in the garage..

I found this old shoe rack in the basement, and you might have one just like it lurking around somewhere.I put it by the door to the mudroom and now everything I need is right there waiting for me on my way outside.
